We begin designing your dream vacation, working with our partners around the globe to find the best accommodations to fit your needs: a luxury hotel, family-friendly resort, private home rental and more. Next, we reserve tours, transfers and activities based on your goals for the trip. We plan small group or private tours and can arrange access for unique and exclusive experiences. This is where the magic happens as we create your custom itinerary. You can be as involved as you’d like during this step. We love to collaborate with you.

Travel is a lifelong love of mine, and I've had many wonderful adventures in the United States and around the world with my family and friends.
Growing up, my family spent holidays in Hawaii and Mexico, cruised the Caribbean and explored the U.S. and Europe. These experiences led to my passion and obsession for all things travel. From sipping tea in London to exploring the Magic of Disney, my travel adventures give me so much joy!
I studied communications and art history at Southern Methodist University, where my love for travel blossomed into something truly special while studying for two summers in Hawaii. Fast forward to 2018, when after many years of planning my own vacations as well as those of friends and family, I launched my company, Kimberly Cookson Travel.
I'm a member of The American Society of Travel Advisors (ASTA), the world's leading organization of travel professionals. Through their rigorous certification, I've achieved the distinction of Verified Travel Advisor. I'm also an active member of Cruise Lines International Association (CLIA) and certified as an Accredited Cruise Counselor.
While I have in-depth expertise and training for the entire travel industry, I continually seek the most up-to-date training from numerous travel suppliers and bureaus, through both coursework and onsite inspections so that I may best assist my clients by providing in-depth information for their travel needs. As a College of Disney Knowledge graduate with extensive firsthand experiences at Disney destinations, I provide great insight when planning for clients’ Disney vacations. I also hold specialist certifications from Universal Orlando Resort and the state of Hawaii Visitors & Conventions Bureau, among others.
I currently live in Oklahoma, however I’ve also had the incredible experience to live in many other wonderful cities including Nashville, New York, San Antonio, Dallas, Houston, and Honolulu. When I’m not curating vacations, I love spending time with my husband, three children and two dogs and enjoy going to museums and concerts, afternoon tea, hiking, reading and of course, traveling to my favorite destinations and exploring new ones!

Kimberly helped us plan our 30th anniversary trip to the UK, with stops in Edinburgh and London. She booked all our flights, hotels and tours throughout our stay and everything was very smooth. She provided both online and paper itineraries with all the plane and train tickets and confirmations for the many fun tours we took. Kimberly did a fabulous job finding us the perfect honeymoon cruise to Norway. She made our trip so easy.
